Exclusion of children with disabilities from early childhood education: Including approaches of social exclusion

چکیده

Including all children in educational settings is mandatory to realize the outcome of inclusion. But, there a denial enrolment from early childhood for with disabilities. This study explored exclusion disabilities education (ECE) systems Ambo, Ethiopia. To reach proposed objective, 13 interviews were conducted parents disabilities, and focus group discussions (FGD) directors. The focused on factors examining this through social perspective. Thematic content analysis was applied analyze results. Results revealed that parents, ECE centers, government bodies involved process. Socio-cultural barriers, absences identification, scarcity resources, reluctances disability ECE. exploration perspectives points as agents exclusion. Whereas those identified causal dimensions allowing implies exclusionary phenomenon has concept which needs numerous interventions.
